Welcome to the Portal. Before you proceed, you must review and accept the following terms to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities as a user of the Portal.
Permitted Use of the Portal and Its Data
The Portal is provided for the express purpose described in the contract between Caremark and the Manufacturer you are authorized to represent. You are expected to use the Portal and any data it provides in accordance with this purpose.
Unauthorized use of the Portal or its data, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into Caremark’s systems, misuse of credentials, or misuse of any information, is strictly prohibited.
Access Restrictions
Access to this Portal is restricted to authorized users only. Authorization is granted by Caremark to authorized employees or designated representatives of the Manufacturers who have entered into a contractual relationship with Caremark in accordance with the Grant of License clause within said contract.
Any attempt to access the Portal by individuals who are not authorized, or any use beyond the scope of authorized access, will result in termination of those privileges and may subject the offender to legal penalties.
Relationship to Other Agreements
The Terms of Service (ToS) outlined in this agreement are binding. However, in cases where there is a discrepancy between these terms and the terms of any signed contract between Manufacturer and Caremark regarding the use of the Portal, the terms of the signed contract will prevail.
It is the responsibility of each user to be familiar with the terms of their Manufacturer’s specific contract with Caremark, as those terms may modify or supersede the guidelines provided here.

By clicking "Accept," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not granted access to the Portal.
